OYO 67019 Hotel Manali

The rooms were filthy and unhygienic, and the staff behaved badly. After I paid the full amount on the OYO app, they demanded another 300 rupees. I registered a complaint with OYO head office. When you leave, they snatch your phone and rate their hotel themselves. Every worker at the hotel is from Bihar. Worst hotel I've ever seen, please don't book it.

I've never seen a worse Oyo hotel. I booked a classic double room but was given a standard double room instead. When I raised it, the staff member said the room would get hotter in the afternoon because its AC wasn't working. That wasn't my concern, but I accepted the standard room. Then I found there was no running water in the tap. The person at reception said, "yesterday we forgot to switch on the water pump so you had to adjust." I told him I wouldn't take that room. After a while, he offered another room, saying it was the last one. The bathroom smelled very bad, and the bed linen was filthy. I somehow managed and checked out in the evening to find a better hotel. It was a waste of money and time, and I felt cheated by being given a lower-grade room. The staff were rude and impolite, and the room and bed were dirty. Friends, don't book this hotel or you'll regret it like I do. Think before booking.

The front door was locked from the outside, so nobody could come or go. There was no lockdown at the time. I couldn't leave to get lunch or order food from outside, and there was no room service or food. I spent all day without food or drinking water, and the staff wouldn't answer calls. The room, facilities, and service were terrible, and what was shown while booking wasn't available there. This was the worst hotel stay of my life.

This is the worst hotel I've chosen so far. The rooms and washrooms were very dirty, there were no bed sheets, and the ones on the bed stank. Even Dharamshalas are cleaner than this hotel.
