The rooms were nothing like the photos. The first one was filthy, with rubbish on the floor and in the bathroom. In the second, the toilet was extremely dirty and there was no hot water. Even the owner’s attempt to show that the door could be locked from outside didn’t change the fact that it had no lock. I wouldn’t stay here even for one night.

The route to the hotel smelled awful because people had urinated there. Inside, the room was filthy, the bathroom seemed unusable and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Water supply was unreliable, and the bathroom doors were completely broken. Honestly, I wouldn’t consider this suitable for a family. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

A great place to stay in central delhi (Paharganj). The interior is stylish, the service was awesome, and the staff were professional. Really nice hotel.

I felt safe here while recovering from an accident, and the people really seemed to care about my well-being. Everyone was respectful, warm, and willing to make my stay as comfortable as they could. Lokesh and Naveen were kind, professional managers who dealt with problems quickly. It’s an affordable hotel with good people, and I really enjoyed staying here.

We arrived late after booking online and paying, so we didn’t have much choice. The room we were eventually given was ten times worse than the pictures, the hot water didn’t work, and Wi-Fi was hard to come by. The staff first acted as if everything had been marked “sold out” early that morning, then offered us a room after what felt like a performance. I’ve heard of this “Sorry sold out” scam before. I don’t think they do this to everyone, but be aware it may happen if you arrive late.
