Tivoli Grand

I had my daughter's wedding here in April, and the service wasn't good. There wasn't one person assigned to our function, though the food was good and the periphery was so-so. The DJ failed during the couple's entry, which was embarrassing. They seem interested only in getting the advance deposit. I wouldn't recommend it for a wedding.

We had around 200 guests stay across 80 rooms, and everyone had a positive experience. The team also gave us enough time in advance to get the wedding decor ready. I hosted my wedding at Tivoli Garden Resort, GT Karnal Road from 1st to 3rd Feb 2026 in a destination setup, and the property was fabulous, especially the food. Lead chef Prakash ji was humble, kind, and thorough. He accommodated our food choices and made sure it was ready on time for every event across the three-day ceremony. Kudos to the operations team. Tivoli’s grand Rosewood venue was perfect for our full-day wedding and reception, and everybody enjoyed how grand it was.

Anjali, our account manager, looked after us from the first day right through the final day of my sister’s wedding. She was warm, quick to respond, and made all the planning stress-free. The owners, Armaan and Aman, are humble and supportive, and that comes through in the venue's hospitality. During the wedding, Negiji and Kapoorji handled things beautifully on the ground, making sure guests felt welcome and comfortable and everything ran smoothly. It was professional but also personal. We made lovely memories here, and I'd recommend Tivoli for weddings and family celebrations.

Raj ji was especially supportive and made sure everything was handled properly from beginning to end. Pankaj ji's coordination helped the event flow smoothly, too. We had a great time organizing our event here. Things ran smoothly, and the team’s support was genuinely appreciated. The staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help when needed. Really happy with the hospitality and support from the whole team, and I look forward to working together again.
