The staff were good and helpful, the AC was good, the washroom was good, and parking was nice. The room itself was good, but the TV doesn't work in any room, so it's just for show. The basin light is very dim, visibility is poor, and the washroom lighting isn't proper. The washroom doors are noisy too. Food service is extremely slow, and the scooty was in bad condition, noisy, and had no horn. Please service the scooty and improve the service, or it'll hurt the hotel's reputation. Either remove the TV or reduce the room rent, since you're charging the full amount for really bad service. Very pathetic and slow. I won't come back. In short, they want the full rupyaa but the service is absolutely the worst.

The room photos shown when booking didn't match the actual place. The washroom was dirty, there was no hot water or TV, and the main door had no latches. The AC also wasn't working properly. We booked through Fab hotel, but they never helped us after the booking. Think before you book here. Worst experience.

I booked for my wife's birthday, but the hotel had no room to decorate and the lighting was poor, with only two bulbs. The iron bed was the most disgusting part, at least it should have been wooden. The bed and lighting weren't as shown online, and there were no shop or towels in the bathroom. Overall, I don't recommend it for couples.

Treebo Jesant Valley made a comfortable base for exploring North Goa, thanks to its central location. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. The in-house restaurant had delicious food, and drinks were surprisingly affordable, much cheaper than at outside cafes. Outside food isn't allowed, but we didn't need to bring any. I recently stayed at Treebo Jesant Valley and had an exceptional experience. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay in North Goa. Book here, you won't regret it!
