They confirmed my booking, but when I arrived they said all the rooms were sold out, even though the owner was still accepting bookings in person. It felt like they were cheating OYO customers. The experience was the worst I've had.

The receptionist was rude and tried to get extra money. The AC didn't cool the room properly, even after eight hours. They wouldn't accept a digital copy of my ID and sent me to get a printout 500 meters away. They also ask for 30% extra if you book online. The QR code wasn't in the same name; they were using a UPI ID called best bikaner, apparently to avoid action. In short, don't go there. 🙏

We booked a room online through OYO, but when we arrived they didn't give us one. The staff were rude to customers.

I hated this place. The room was really dirty, and when my friends got stuck in the lift, nobody helped them. Very, very bad.

The room had a smell, and the washroom wasn't clean.
