The lane outside is narrow, dirty and dingy, and the rooms had cockroaches. I complained, but nothing was done. At checkout, the owners acted like goons and demanded extra money, claiming checkout was at 11 am even though it’s listed as 12. They threatened that I wouldn’t be allowed to leave if I didn’t pay. It’s not worth the money. There are hundreds of better hotels in Paharganj, so avoid this one at all costs.

We still had a room balance due at checkout, but they said they’d send it online after checkout because they didn’t have change. They still haven’t returned the amount.

The receptionist asked for an extra Rs 180 for GST but wouldn’t give us a GST bill, which felt really unprofessional. The room itself was unhygienic, with lots of small cockroaches and an unclean bedsheet. It looked like nobody had dusted. They fool people, who end up paying extra.

The room was nice, and the staff were helpful. Salman at reception is always ready to help travellers.

They switch off the AC in the middle of the night. The rooms were dirty and had no ventilation.
