Hotel Sai International

Cockroaches were everywhere, and the blankets were dirty. They kept turning off the air conditioner. This was the worst hotel. Please don’t go here or waste your money.

The staff were very rude, and I found this to be my worst hotel experience despite having stayed in many places while travelling. There were lots of cockroaches in the room. The bedsheet and blanket were torn and dirty, and the washroom was extremely dirty. They didn’t provide warm water, and the charging sockets weren’t proper. The room price wasn’t worth it.

The location is very good, and the reception area looks very good. The staff were cooperative, but the room was very, very bad and had no space. Cockroaches were ready to welcome guests, the bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom was pathetic. The price was Rs.2300, but Rs.500 would be more fitting for that room. Try to avoid this hotel.

The smell of cigarettes and wine filled the corridors, and I felt it was highly unsafe for couples and families. I got stuck in the lift twice, for at least 25 minutes each time. The rooms were extremely dirty, full of cockroaches and odor, and there were so many insects that I changed rooms three times and couldn’t sleep at night. I asked the staff several times, but they wouldn’t even give me a bottle of water. This was the worst experience of my life, the most dangerous hotel in Delhi. Even the railway platform seemed safer than staying here.
