They demanded extra money at check-in even though I'd already paid the full fixed amount through OYO. Then they insisted we check out that same day, despite the booking being valid until 11 AM the next day. The service was honestly beyond pathetic, and there was no professionalism, ethics, or hospitality. The staff were rude, irresponsible, and no help at all. Worst hotel experience of my life, an absolute disaster. It felt like a money-grabbing scam hidden behind online bookings.

It was a nice, clean and budget-friendly stay with my family. Handy for metro travelers, since it's very near Laxmi Nagar metro.

I'd told them there would be three guests when I booked, and they confirmed it. But when I arrived, the receptionist was so rude and refused to give me the room, saying he wanted 900 instead of the roughly 600 it actually cost. When I said I'd contact support, he told me to get out and do whatever I wanted. Please don't go to this hotel or waste your time.
