The neighborhood felt safe, and the room and bathroom were clean. Public transport was easy to reach, but the service stood out most. I asked for an early check-in and they made it easy. After checkout they stored my luggage, then, hours later, when I needed to change, they let me use an empty room without hesitation. The staff were courteous throughout. I’d stay there again just for that kind of help.

This is a small, pleasant property with basic interiors and spring beds that were good quality. Every room has a TV, and the bathroom has hot and cold water. The bath gel is branded, too. Staff are good and well trained. It’s couple friendly, and you can get a room with valid ID.

The WiFi was terrible, and cellular service in the area has serious connectivity problems. They could also offer better food and drink choices. The rooms were clean and bright, with lots of natural light, and the staff were courteous and quick to respond. The location is central, quiet, and good.

I had a great night’s rest and really liked the ambience. The hotel was busy, with high occupancy, which it deserves. Staff were quick to react to what I needed. A great addition to the OYO platoon.

The visitor rules were the main issue for me. Even family couldn’t visit or have a quiet dinner in the room, so you had to use the common lounge without much privacy. The food wasn’t great, especially for vegetarians, and felt a bit overpriced, though there are lots of delivery and dining-out options. It was a proper Oyo flagship at a decent price.
