They kept changing the room price depending on the situation. When visitors came to my room, the manager asked for extra money, and they even woke me up the next day to collect payment. Easily the worst OYO I've come across.

The room smelled bad and had mosquitoes, but there was no repellent. They also didn't provide soap, hand wash, or towels, even after I asked. The employees staying at the property were unresponsive. It was a terrible place to stay with family, and I won't stay there again. Please refund my money. Thanks, Mahesh Rathore

I booked a classic room for three, but the room I got was so small it couldn't even fit two people. When I asked, the hotel staff said the larger rooms had sold out. The service was average, and I'm not satisfied. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The price was very high for what you get, especially when rooms in the same area are much cheaper. The entrance stairs are narrow and steep, the surroundings are dirty, and water was scarce. The washroom was poor and the commode was clogged. The room tiles looked unpleasant, and there's no dining arrangement. The person at reception was asleep and wouldn't answer the phone. I wouldn't recommend booking it at the OYO rate.

OYO changed my booking from Oyo Townhouse 002 green park to another hotel without asking or telling me. When I tried to contact them, they put me on hold and then cut me off mid-conversation. I'm really disappointed. This was my first experience with OYO, and it'll be my last. Thanks for the unforgettable service.
