The rooms were spacious, but badly maintained. We had no lift, and the bathrooms were in a pathetic state. The heater and AC didn't work, the bed was very hard, and there was noise from the shops downstairs. There are lots of eateries nearby, though. Nobody cleaned the room during our three days. The power points were nearly damaged, so be careful charging electronics. They charge an extra day's rate for early check-in or late checkout. The staff seemed approachable and understanding.

I booked on April 12th, but the AC didn't work and they had no other room to offer. I checked out after 10 minutes, and have spent over two weeks trying to get my money back. OYO customer service keeps sending automated emails and making empty promises to stall. A total scam and pathetic service. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The staff were very good, and the service was good too. The hotel itself was a total disappointment and didn't match the photos. The rooms and bathrooms need renovating, and the place needs improvement in every way.

We stayed here the night before our flight home, and it was just right. The bathroom was modern and clean, with hot water, and the room in this serviced apartment residency was very clean and comfortable. There was a TV too.

The service was poor, and the staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested. My room wasn't clean, the bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. A one-star rating is what this experience deserves. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
