Hotel Florence

We had a peaceful, pleasant stay in Karol bagh. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities. The staff treated us well, especially Mr. Santosh at the reception, as well as the owner. Thank you!

The market around Old Delhi gets crowded and isn’t especially clean, though it’s handy for getting around, with plenty of taxi drivers and Tuktuks nearby. We stayed here for one night at both the beginning and end of our trip to Dehli. The room was tidy and came with towels, toiletries, plenty of bedding, and a mini fridge stocked with snacks. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good.

The noise from outside was excessive, and the bathroom taps didn’t all work properly. On the first night I had to sleep without AC. Service was the worst I’ve experienced, and the area around the hotel was far too crowded. They gave us bottles that appeared to have been used and said the water was RO. It might have been, but it tasted bad, and I got pimples on my face after drinking it. Whether you’re staying a short time or longer, you can find much better options for the price and service.

The service was excellent, and Surender was especially kind. A very nice hotel, with a restaurant too.
