The location and cleanliness were both poor, and the place didn't feel professional at all. We used to stay here for a long time and were regular customers, but the staff became rude and dismissive. The housekeeping staff had a bad attitude too, and once we asked for food, it took two hours for them to come back. The night stay also felt unsafe for girls. On the night shift, the reception boys drink and behave indecently. If girls are alone, they come right up to their room. This happened to me. The water situation depended on the season. In winter they wouldn't let us use the wet house, and only cold water came out. In summer there was no water. They advertised an AC room but gave us a non-AC one. The official checkout was at noon, but the bell started ringing at 10 in the morning. If we left late, they charged extra. If you book online at a low price, they refuse to give you the room. They post fake statuses on WhatsApp to attract customers, and when you call with questions, they don't answer properly. They quote the regular price as Rs 1000, while the service charge is listed as Rs 0. I wasted my time and money going to Seven Heaven Hotel. I wouldn't recommend visiting.
