OYO Hotel Royal Orbit Mahipalpur

I spent almost two days here and kept asking them to fix the TV and the bathroom water supply. Neither got fixed, and we had no water in the washroom for the whole stay. At checkout, I complained to the owner, but he refused to lower the rent and charged me the full amount despite the poor service. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I paid the amount shown on the OYO website, but no room was given to me, so I had to find another hotel. The rooms weren't available at the prices displayed in the app, and the owners didn't respond or make contact. Booking and payment felt fraudulent. The hotel staff were irresponsible and arrogant.

We booked for two days but left the same day. The room was ordinary, not clean, and the toilet was awful and stained. I chose the place because it was shown as a 3-star hotel near the airport. There was no included breakfast even though it was part of the booking. I called at 8:30 in the morning, but breakfast hadn't arrived by 11:30, and they charged us for it, as well as for the welcome drink water. I called the owner, Sumit Sharma, three times about the electricity problem, but it wasn't fixed before we checked out. There was no towel, hot water, power backup, room service, or lift. The staff were uneducated, behaved terribly, and mistreated us. The reception staff were irritating. Since the rating options start at 1/5, that's what I selected, though my actual rating would be negative. Don't stay here.

The sheets had blood stains and cigarette holes, and the washrooms were dirty with broken plumbing. The AC wasn't cooling, there was no room service, and the room rent was overcharged at Rs. 1008/- per day. Extremely unhygienic and simply pathetic. A terrible experience.
