POP 89981 Hotel Dwarka Inn

My experience was bad from the start. The hotel isn't where the listing puts it, below the metro station. It's near Metro pillar 801, about 1.5 km from the station. If you follow the map, you won't reach it, so you have to call the hotel and they direct you to the pillar 801 location. Once there, they said the amount paid through an online platform like Oyo wasn't accepted because they make no profit at that rate. They wanted two or three times the amount shown or already paid, and wouldn't agree to bargain, just kept trying to charge more. The staff were extremely rude and showed no respect to customers. When I said I'd complain, they told me to do whatever I wanted because they didn't care. Be careful, this hotel is a scam.
