I booked and fully paid for two rooms for two nights through Booking.com for the drivers attending my function. When they arrived to check in, we found out Shubham hotel didn’t exist, so we had to stay at a nearby hotel instead. It was really embarrassing at the time. Please don’t trust this site blindly, as it lists some hotels that aren’t actually there.
The location OYO provided was wrong. I searched around the area for 30 minutes and still couldn’t find the hotel, and I couldn’t get through to them either. A vendor told me it was a fraud, saying ten people had come by since morning asking for the same place. This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star.
I was lucky to get a refund from Agoda after booking and paying, but other sites may not refund you for a last-minute booking. The hotel was closed, with renovation work going on, and there wasn’t actually a hotel there. Staff said many people had come looking for the same place. The worst experience.
It’s fake. There’s no hotel there.
