Qotel Hotel Rajouri Garden

The room itself was unhygienic: dust everywhere, visibly dirty linens, and a cupboard so dusty I kept my things in my bags all week. The bathroom was like a bus stand washroom, with plumbing and pipes that didn't work properly. There was no hot water, only cold water from the pipes, and we had to buy our own 1L drinking water bottles. I booked breakfast, but there was no restaurant on-site and no food was provided. It took five days to get a basic item like an electric kettle, and there was no room service at all during my seven-day stay. The two staff members were always on their phones and ignored guests. I booked a week here because it was close to my office, and the whole stay was a disaster. The room I got was a much lower quality local room, not the one I'd booked. Also, this is Q Hotel, not a Fab Hotel, despite being advertised as one. Avoid booking it. In my view, both Q Hotel and the booking platform Fab Hotel are operating a scam.

It took a close look to find the place, since it sits on the 3rd floor above a granite shop beside the main road. I booked after seeing the good reviews, but even waiting to check in felt uncomfortable. The room looked nothing like the listing. It was dirty, musty, with rough floors and cloudy windows, like no one had cleaned it. The bed and pillows were stained and impossible to sleep on, and the lights kept flickering. It felt like staying in a haunted place.

I couldn't air out the room because there wasn't a window, and there was no lock to keep our things safe. The walls were dirty, the sheets had cigarette marks, and the pale pillow covers were filthy. A pungent smell and strange interior lighting made it feel more like a brothel than a hotel. The receptionist was rude and arrogant, and there was no sign or other way to identify the hotel in the area. The room in the listing photos was nothing like what I got. I felt completely click baited. They sent me to another location in their hotel chain to resolve the issue, but it cost much more than I had paid, and they asked for extra money when I arrived there. What a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemies.

The rooms were comfortable, and I felt safe there. Check-in went smoothly and my stay was peaceful, with no disturbances. There was construction going on, but the location was nice.
