After I paid the full amount online through OYO, the hotel refused to check me in, saying they had no tie-up with OYO. I showed them the booking confirmation and proof of payment, but the staff were rude and unhelpful and took no responsibility. OYO support was no better: they made promises that weren't true and didn't resolve anything. I followed up repeatedly and still never got my money back. This was the worst experience of my life. I'd give zero stars if I could, and strongly advise people to avoid both the hotel and OYO.
