The owner was kind and polite when I asked about getting a slightly better room. He wasn't at the property, but called me right away and offered an upgrade at his other property. I appreciated that, though I declined since I'd already arranged to stay elsewhere. The hotel itself was comfortable and good. Since leaving was my decision and the situation wasn't the hotel's fault, I was surprised that the owner refunded the full amount anyway. That honesty and customer friendly service earned my respect. Five stars, 10/10 for his behavior and service. Highly recommended.

The location is handy, close to New Delhi Railway Statio and also very near a metro station. My room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The travel desk was superb, especially Mr Aghaz. I had a really good stay a few days ago and am already looking forward to coming back.

We found the room and bathroom well maintained, and the staff friendly and professional. Raj Mahal inn is on a fairly quiet street in the heart of Paharganj, about 10 minutes from the train station. We stayed one night and felt it was a safe place. I recommend it.

The rooms aren't soundproof, so you can hear the neighbors, though that seems expected at this price. Still, I felt safe as a foreigner in the alleyways, and it's a nice place near central plaze and other landmarks if you want to experience the local atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful with planning your day and suggesting places to go. They also give advice about scams and inflated prices.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and even let me leave my bag for a few hours after I checked out. The room was affordable, with a neat room and washroom.
