Roomshala 091 IPS Stay

I’d already booked and paid, but when I tried to stay here, the customer service was shockingly bad, the worst I’ve experienced. The address is missing or outdated, and the person meant to help you find the place gives you a false address. After that, the manager ignores later calls or even refuses to answer, as though the hotel hadn’t already been paid for. I can’t say the word “scam” is enough to describe it, and it’s possible the hotel doesn’t even exist. I wouldn’t tell anyone to go there unless they want their money stolen. More and more hotel services in India, and hotels generally, are working hard to improve hospitality and customer care. Unfortunately, they’re still only a minority, overwhelmed by the awful state of services, which includes the “hotels” I mentioned. The service sector in the country is in a catastrophic state and needs a complete overhaul.
