The unhygienic conditions made me sick during my stay, and I’d strongly advise people not to stay here. The room and floor were poorly maintained, the old tiles clattered when I walked, and the washroom was in awful shape. The toilet seat leaked; the broken basin tap splashed water all over the floor, and the basin itself was loose. Brushes in the washroom looked dirty, old, and already used. There was a bad smell throughout the floor as soon as I got out of the lift, and the food tasted unpleasant, as if the kitchen was using very bad, smelly oil. The rooms are old, and the surrounding area doesn’t feel pleasant or suitable for a property calling itself premium. Goibibo lists it as 4-star while Google says 3-star, but to me it doesn’t deserve even one. The cleanliness, upkeep, and quality fall below basic hotel standards. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Very disappointing, definitely not recommended.

I stayed for a month and would happily come back. Amit, the manager, deserves special thanks for keeping such a good team together and going above and beyond whenever we needed anything. Roshan always greeted me with a smile and gave great service, whatever the day. Jagmohan is a great chef, with brilliant food and good manners, and he’d fulfill requests beyond expectations. Aryan from room service was always polite, cheerful, and ready to do extra work when needed. He’d greet me with a good morning and bring positive energy. The people here are great all around and will sort out any issue that comes up.

The management is responsive and professional, and the place feels safe and welcoming. It’s spacious, well kept, and thoughtfully laid out, with a calm, clean atmosphere that works for families and professionals. The amenities are top-notch, and the whole property has a comfortable, elegant feel. SK Premium Park lives up to its name. A good place to live and invest, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for quality and value in one spot.

I spent a week there and everything was very good, from the hospitality and tasty food to the room service. The staff were supportive and kept the room properly clean. Very good hotel.

Had a great seven-day stay, and the hospitality from all the staff was top-notch. Sumit and subash served up the best feast, always with a smile. I’ll definitely come back as soon as I can.
