The food served was spoiled and clearly not fresh, which was worrying from a hygiene point of view. Staff didn’t provide proper service: requests were ignored or took a long time, and their manner was rude and unprofessional. Management was very poor, and service standards fell far short of expectations. A frustrating stay. Please don’t waste your money here, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were clean and the washrooms exceptionally well maintained. Staff throughout the hotel were courteous, helpful, friendly, and attentive, and the service during my stay was excellent. For the quality and price, I’d highly recommend it.

We booked a 225 sq. ft family room but were given a much smaller one, apparently because there was a wedding at the hotel. If the room we were promised wasn’t available, they shouldn’t have accepted or confirmed the booking. Breakfast was also extremely slow. It took nearly 30 minutes to get a simple omelette, and staff blamed the small kitchen. That was disappointing and not what I’d expect from a hotel breakfast. Planning and service efficiency need to improve.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, despite Akhilesh having told us it would be available by 12:00 PM. The receptionist kept saying it would take longer because rooms were still being prepared, and spoke to us in a very rude, unacceptable way. We had paid for the room and expected respectful communication. When it was finally offered, it was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. I stay here twice a week and have been a repeat customer, so this was especially disappointing. I decided not to check in and booked somewhere else. I’m sorry to say I won’t be staying again.
