SilverKey Executive Stays 43483 near A One Hospital

The wall tiles were coming loose, and water from the tap area was draining poorly and spilling out. There was even a spider web on the ceiling. The room itself was in terrible shape, with paan and chutney spit around and smoke inside. The bedsheets had loads of white and red stains. Is this supposed to be a premium hotel? One of the worst places I’ve ever seen, and the experience was so bad I can hardly explain it.

The rooms were filthy and unhygienic, and the room service was awful. There was a water heater in the bathroom that seemed to be there just for show. The owner was arrogant and the staff were the worst I’ve dealt with. Staying there felt like torture. It’s more like a lodge, and the price is way too high for what you get. We’d even be ready to sign a petition to get this hotel shut down. Nobody deserves that kind of horrible treatment.

We booked after seeing the photos, but what a disappointment. The place looks nice from outside and awful inside, worse than a third-rate lodge. At 2,500 a day, it’s a waste of money. Our room wasn’t clean, the beds were dirty, and there was no hot water. Basic cleanliness matters, especially during COVID. The staff were unprofessional and didn’t know how to speak to customers, and the owner was rude too. Horrible hotel, room, staff, and experience. They don’t deserve even half a star. I personally ask people not to book here. OYO Silver Key owner, go to hell with your hotel and team.

Hot water wasn’t available in winter, and getting the room cleaned took five or six reminders and ten to twelve calls. The room was tiny, and the service and amenities were nowhere near what I expected from a hotel. They treat customers like idiots. I feel like filing a harassment complaint against the owner. @Google and @OYO team, please look into this and take action to close the hotel.
