Big cheers to the top management and to one of the best groups in the hotel industry. The staff across the departments are outstanding and well groomed. The building and interiors are top notch, and I wish the whole team, including MD sir and Sumedha, all the best. Revenue will double one day.

I stayed here two days ago and had a really good experience. The staff were helpful and polite, and my room was clean. This is the best hotel to stay at, and I’d highly recommend it.

Greater Kailash metro station is within walking distance, and the hotel is in a quiet, upscale colony. The balcony was a nice extra, and my premium room was spacious and clean, with an excellent, roomy washroom and a bathtub. I paid under 2,000 including GST for one night, which made it the best hotel I’ve visited in this budget. The food was good, though there wasn’t much variety and it was overpriced. Staff were cooperative, especially the receptionist described as a Chinese-looking girl. If you want to stay in the GK area on a low budget, it’s one of the best options.

The outside view is very good, the place is well connected, and I had a pleasant stay. Food and breakfast were great, service was quick, and the staff were decent. The bathtub and washroom were in good condition. In room 407, the premium room facing the road, the bathroom floor slopes the wrong way, so water collects by the door. There’s no switchboard for a dryer in the bathroom, and no dressing table outside it. There was some traffic noise, but closing the windows helped. I hope the hotel admin takes this feedback positively and fixes these small issues. I’ll come back and book the same room.
