The washrooms were awful, with mice coming in through small pipes and blocked drains. The walls were damp and the paint was peeling, while the photos posted were completely misleading. The bedsheet and comforter had cigarette holes, and you could see the dirty mattress through them. There wasn't a TV in any room. When I asked, the staff gave the usual excuse that all the TVs were away for servicing. Even the clothes hanger was fixed with just one screw. Most of the reviews must be fake, since they don't include photos. This is the worst hotel I've come across so far.

The room was dirty and in very poor condition, and even the lock didn't work. I asked to change rooms, but they refused and said I could stay if I wanted or else vacate. They wouldn't give me a refund. Check the place before going, especially since they'd already taken payment for that room.

From start to finish, staying at o collection was absolutely wonderful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spotless, well furnished, and had great views. The amenities were top notch. The staff were warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable.

The staff were good, but the hotel was awful. The bathroom had no lock, the remote had no batteries, and the walls, toilets, and bed were shabby and unclean. Not worth it.

The hotel's decor and cleanliness showed attention to detail, and the breakfast buffet was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of choice. It's close to major attractions, but still peaceful enough to relax. The location was perfect.
