Super Hotel O Sector 25 Near Iskcon Temple Formerly Hotel Amazing House

I had an important INISS exam nearby, so I booked through MakeMyTrip for 2000. The room was filthy, the bedsheets looked unwashed, and there were termites. Hygiene was poor, and they hadn’t even provided towels or soap. I asked about checking out late after the exam the next morning, and the staff first agreed. When I came back, though, they suddenly demanded another ₹1000 and spoke abusively. I had to threaten to call the police before they let me leave without more trouble. The whole stay was unpleasant and unprofessional. Be careful booking here.

Finding the hotel was a hassle too. The location pin was wrong, it took me around 30 minutes to find the place, and the directions over the phone weren’t much help. Inside, the rooms smelled bad, the sheets and towels weren’t clean, the bathrooms were dirty, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The bathroom was attached after the balcony, so you had to go out onto the balcony to reach it. The lift was out, which meant taking the stairs to the second floor. A horrible experience.

The service boy was really nice, and I felt treated like family. Good service, and the manager was great too. I’d say, all of you should come here. Thank you so much, manager and service boy.
