Getting around Delhi was easy from this place in new friends colony. It's a simple, affordable hotel and the value was decent, but there are several areas, including service, that could improve. The access key didn't work properly, and finding a cockroach in the room put me off ordering food.

The rooms were okay, but the rest was frustrating. We arrived ten minutes before check-in and were charged 200 rs extra because check-in is only allowed at 2 pm and we had to leave urgently for work. There was nobody to help with our luggage, so I had to make two trips to the room. They also wouldn't give us an extra blanket.

Tourists may not find this place suitable, and the service isn't good. I sent clothes to the laundry, but they came back only ironed, not washed, while staff kept claiming they had been washed.

Excellent service from the front office, and housekeeping kept up the daily room service well.

My grandmother came all the way from London to stay here, and the staff treated her rudely and disrespectfully. As an elderly guest, she deserved basic courtesy and kindness, but the behavior she encountered was unprofessional. It's shocking that a reputable hotel would treat someone this way, especially when she'd come to enjoy her time there. I urge management to address the problem so other guests don't have the same unpleasant experience.
