The breakfast options were very limited: bread omelet for the non-veg menu, or toasted bread with butter for vegetarians, just one piece per person. Lunch and dinner are so overpriced that ordering from a nearby restaurant online is cheaper. The rooms are below average, and the washrooms are cramped. The toilet seats are broken and dirty, rent is higher than it should be, and room service is poor. It takes them about 30 minutes to respond to an order. I wouldn't choose this for a family stay, since there are better hotels nearby.

My stay was good, and the room service was good too. The sheets weren't clean, though, and there was only one clean towel and no soap for the shower.

I checked out early because the place was so uncomfortable. The balcony worried me, and when we asked to switch rooms, they said this was all they had and there was nothing they could do. I want a refund of 861 rupees as soon as possible. The room was in terrible shape, with dirt and dust all over the floor and paan spit clearly visible on the walls. The sheets were untidy, and the food we ordered came on a dusty or unhygienic tray. I've never seen a hotel in such a state. I felt like puking the whole time. It wasn't worth a penny.
