We had paid in full for a booking through Goibibo two weeks in advance, but when we got there the hotel executive flatly refused the booking. They offered neither a room nor another arrangement, and we still haven't received a refund. We were left stranded despite having confirmation and proof of payment. It felt like cheating and a scam, with completely unprofessional, irresponsible management. They take your money and abandon you when it's time to stay. Never book here. Worst hospitality experience I've had.
