The bathroom was filthy and falling apart. The sink tap was corroded and caked with buildup, the shower fixtures were rusty and didn’t work properly, and the tiles were stained. Basic hygiene just wasn’t possible. The bedroom was in equally bad shape: large stains on the sheets, visibly dirty and lumpy pillows, and an AC unit covered in grime. It felt neglected and completely unfit to stay in. We complained right away, but the staff didn’t care. The conditions were so bad that my companions and I left late at night and had to take refuge at a railway station. It was humiliating and dangerous. This was a traumatic experience and a health and safety hazard. Don’t let the listing fool you. I’m appalled that it’s still on booking platforms, and people shouldn’t put their health, safety, or money at risk by booking here.

I was already disappointed after booking through Agoda because the staff initially said they had no booking, then asked for ₹300 extra. After I spoke with OYO customer service, they confirmed it had been booked through the OYO website and the issue was sorted. But about ten minutes after we got to the room, reception called us back and said my cousin was underage. They wouldn’t give us a room or a refund, and the receptionist was rude and unwilling to help. OYO customer service also refused to provide either. I regret choosing this hotel and won’t book places like it again.

I had to remind reception several times about laundry, and it still wasn’t provided. There was no bathing soap, heater, or room landline, and the blanket wasn’t good enough either. A very poor stay.

There was barely anything here beyond a roof over your head. The room was tiny, there were mosquitoes, and there wasn’t a table, an in-house restaurant, or laundry service. The linen was torn, pieced together, and stained. The pillows smelled bad and were dirty. Rooms and rates are cheap, but the room service people didn’t seem very concerned about guests’ comfort.
