Treebo Elegant Palace

There’s no parking, which caused more inconvenience, and the staff were careless, unprofessional, and unresponsive throughout. My stay at Treebo Elegant Palace was extremely disappointing. There was no water supply, and even after I complained three or four times, nobody fixed the TV. The sheets were used and dirty, clearly not changed before I was assigned the room. The food was third-class and highly unhygienic, served on dirty, used plates. That’s unacceptable in any hotel, and I have photos as evidence. This place doesn’t meet basic hospitality standards and seriously damages Treebo’s image. It’s a third-class hotel with third-class service. I strongly don’t recommend it.

I had an amazing experience at elegant palace. The room was clean and healthy, and the staff were polite and attentive. The receptionist really won me over with their gratitude. It’s easy to find whether you’re coming by metro or cab.

Everyone was friendly, especially Vijay, the GM, who was really helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, and the hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Yashobhoomi. I had a good time at Hotel treebo elegant Palace and would definitely stay again.

Our family spent five days here, and things went smoothly. The staff were courteous and helpful, and Mr. Sachin and the team were especially attentive and quick with our requests. The first bedsheets weren’t up to the mark, but they replaced them straight away when we asked. Breakfast was nice and complimentary, drinking water was free throughout our stay, and hot showers were available around the clock. The service was good, and we’d recommend the hotel to others.
