Treebo Royce, New Friends Colony

We were left sitting awake all night, with no dinner, after contacting Goibibo support. We waited outside the rooms for nearly three hours hoping for a refund, but at 1:30 AM they said it couldn't be processed then and told us to stay. In the end, Goibibo returned only one night's payment, which didn't feel satisfactory given what happened. We had booked two days after looking at the Goibibo photos, but the place was nothing like them. The floors were dirty, the rooms smelled bad, the pillows were awful, the beds were broken, and there was no geyser in the bathroom. We tried three rooms and found all of them just as bad. We arrived around 10:15 PM and went back to reception within 20 minutes because we couldn't stay there. The staff and management didn't help or seem interested in fixing anything. Breakfast was part of our booking, but the staff denied offering it and told us to contact Goibibo for a refund. Don't pay ahead. Check the rooms first, especially if you're with family. The actual condition is completely different from the online pictures.
