Treebo Trend Nysha Palace

There were no windows in my room, and it smelled very dirty. I ordered food, which they got from outside, and it took 45 minutes to arrive. The Manchu soup tasted like packet food, the naan was very cold, and the first papad was burnt and had to be changed. Very bad experience. ☹️☹️

I feel so disappointed by both this hotel and Booking.com. I booked through Booking.com at one price, but reception charged me four times the booking amount and took the money through a personal number. When I questioned it, they told me to contact Booking.com. Although I stayed there, they later marked my booking as cancelled by me. Booking.com now doesn’t recognize the transaction screenshot because it shows a personal number, not the hotel’s name. It’s a fraud.

There were no windows, and the AC didn’t work as it should. The floor was covered in hair and stains, with both dead and live roaches in the room. There was no cleaning at all. I felt like I’d spent the night in prison, and paid for the privilege.

The photos on Booking aren’t real. The rooms are awful and smell bad, with no windows to the outside, no sun, poor service, and no good breakfast. It was like a cave. This was the most awful hotel I’ve ever booked. Just run from here, don’t book it or come here. Honest advice from a tourist: you deserve better, run Forest run! I’ll share some photos to make this clearer and more credible.
