V Resorts Delhi Farm Stay

With only three rooms, it doesn't feel crowded, and there's a huge area to explore. The food is fantastic, and we spotted wild birds, especially peahens. There are two very friendly dogs too. Some comments call the stray dogs aggressive, but that wasn't our experience. They're calm, don't jump on you, and are extremely friendly. The place has a lot of potential, but upkeep is lacking, which is the main reason I took off a star. The lawn could also use more lights.

The bonsai is a great feature and the resort's main attraction. Food was delicious, though they only serve vegetarian options. The service was very good, especially from Om Prakash, who made our stay comfortable. In summer, the premium room needs a more powerful AC.

This was my first time at v resort, and it was a terrible experience. The room they gave me wasn't the one I'd booked, and the promised welcome drink never arrived. The AC barely worked even after 5-6 hours at night. The room, sheets, and washroom weren't cleaned daily, and there was a cockroach in the uncleaned bathtub. When I complained about the kettle, they did bring one, but the resort caretaker wouldn't answer despite 4-5 calls. Ten days later, I still hadn't received a final bill or invoice, even after contacting customer care and leaving a comment.

We went last year and had a good time, but this visit for my birthday was a huge disappointment. The room fan didn't work, and after half a day we moved to another room that smelled of smoke. The ACs didn't cool, and the heat gave me a headache. Breakfast was missing basic items, and when we asked a staff boy to pack our leftover cake, almost all of it was gone by the time I checked at home. If they wanted some, they should have asked us. For almost every request, we were told they didn't have it or couldn't arrange it. They'd promise something, fail to do it, then just apologize. Nothing, from food to facilities, was managed well. We heard sorry over and over and left very disappointed.
