They said the room price was all inclusive before booking, but at checkout they charged extra tariff in the name of GST. The rooms were unclean too, with cockroaches in the washroom and behind the bed. The water tap was very dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned for ages.

The room service was very good, and the rooms themselves were decent, though expensive. The road leading up to the hotel was muddy and dirty. Reception staff had no manners and gave handwritten receipts. We later found better hotels on a parallel street.

The location right by the main road is a plus, and online payments are accepted. Still, the rates feel too high for one person, and the three-bed rooms are cramped. Cleaning needs more attention. Room service also feels costly because they add a service charge.

Staff are cooperative and the service is good. For the price, the hotel is decent, with good accommodation for business travel. A solo traveler can stay here too.

The entrance area is quite congested, and the bed covers could be better. Toiletries also need improvement. The rooms are nice and well furnished, and the staff are good.
