I’m sorry the owner’s behavior at checkout left you with such a negative experience, especially when you thought the room and location were good. Staff and owner attitude can make a big difference to how a hotel stay feels, sometimes overshadowing the room itself. It’s frustrating to have rude service spoil an otherwise good stay. I stayed for 10 days and had a lovely time. Very nice and clean.

At check-in, one staff member quoted us a price for the period from morning to evening, and we agreed to it. At checkout, another staff member tried to charge more. We asked them to call the first person to clear it up, but they said that person wouldn’t pick up. It was frustrating, and the confusing pricing wasn’t handled helpfully. The staff’s behaviour was 3rd class, and the whole experience at Hotel Lord Shiva was very unprofessional. Staying there was a terrible decision. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone anymore.

They treated us very badly and the service was absolutely rubbish. The mattress didn’t even give us a beggar, there was no hot water in the wash room or even pine water, and the staff and owner don’t know how to talk to a guest. They also charged us for a whole day when we checked out an hour or half hour late. No hotel should do that if you feel like you are looting then go to any hotel. I suggest spending the night in a car instead of wasting your money at this 1 star hotel.
