The rooms gave our family and guests a clean, comfortable place to stay, and the staff kept everything running smoothly with plenty of courtesy and help. We had booked rooms as well as the function hall for our baby shower at hotel Aurelia. The hall was spacious, nicely maintained, and set up beautifully, which made the celebration feel special. We were very happy with the hospitality and service. Thanks for making the day memorable, we'd recommend it.

Hungry Wok is right next door, and since we spent most of our time visiting places around Mangalore, not having an in-house restaurant wasn't a problem for lunch or dinner. Aurelia Comforts provided tasty, very good breakfast and snacks. We stayed three days; the rooms were spacious, clean, well kept, and had the necessary amenities. The staff were always courteous and ready to help with a smile. Mr Sreekanth Shetty at reception deserves a mention for being professional, polite, and eager to assist. It was a comfortable, relaxing stay, and I'd recommend the hotel for its service and rooms.

There's plenty of breakfast choice, and the rooms are insulated well enough that the main road nearby didn't disturb us. The room was spacious, the bathroom well maintained, and parking is available for a few cars in the basement. That said, getting in and out of the parking area takes some skill because the ramp is very steep and poorly designed. The staff are friendly and always available, and the hotel sits in the heart of Deralakatte town, close to restaurants, hospitals, and colleges. I'd recommend the place.

They take good care of kids' needs, and breakfast is amazing. The property is lovely, with a top notch location that makes nearby view points easy to reach. I'd recommend it for families or solo stays.

For a room costing over 4k, I expected more. There was no food or drink service on the premises, no bathtub, and no bathrobes. The bathroom doors were very stiff. The suite we booked was basically a queen bed and a separate receiving hall. The AC and TV remotes also didn't work properly. I booked in April.
