Abm Boutique Hotel

From 8am onward, construction just outside my room was really loud and disturbing. That was my only complaint. The room was clean and very comfortable, especially the bed, and the staff were so nice. Everything worked, and otherwise I had a great stay.

THIEF- I chose the hotel for the balcony and view, but was told no balcony room was available because those were “corporate rooms.” I noticed nobody in those rooms. Photos are attached showing the view from my window. We also had no hot water, and calls from the room never came through. The worst part was my baby’s boots went missing when we moved to another room in the same hotel. The reception guy said the cleaner had taken the shoes from the room, which was locked, and taken the key. He kept me waiting for an hour. I had a flight to the UK, so I left without the boots, which were expensive and bought in the UK. I never got them back. Thieves.

I booked through Agoda with breakfast and dinner included, but the hotel refused to provide either meals or breakfast when I arrived. What a frustrating mess 😔

For the price, the rooms feel luxurious and are very comfortable.
