Even after I complained about the cockroaches in the room, nothing was done. They also charged me more than the amount shown on OYO, and I was cheated over the water bottle.

I booked offline and found it budget friendly. The rooms were good, and the staff behaved well 👍

Really bad service and staff. They didn’t provide soap, shampoo, a dental kit, or complimentary water. There was only one bath towel per room, and they asked for extra money if we wanted another. Very bad response.

The toilet flush and jet didn’t work properly. I was also charged more than the price shown in the app.

2/10
The room door knob was broken, the AC and TV didn’t work, and there was no Wi-Fi. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was damaged, the tap knob was broken, and the exhaust fan didn’t work. There was also an unpleasant smell and the staff behaved inappropriately. With all those problems, the price was far too high. Worst hotel experience.
