Jai Mahal Palace

There’s so much to enjoy around Jai Mahal Palace, from the beautiful gardens and grounds to the spa and pool. The property is huge, with plenty of free activities and shows, plus lovely nature and animals to see as you walk around. Our modern room was very clean, and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My wife and I loved our short visit. Even though we arrived early in the morning, they arranged early check-in without any trouble. Naval made breakfast especially pleasant and checked that we had everything we needed. We’ll stay again.

Our event at Jai Mahal Palace came together smoothly, thanks to the team’s coordination and quick responses. Pooja handled check-in so well that guests felt welcome as soon as they arrived, and Ms. Bhoomika supported us throughout. The heritage venue is stunning, the staff are courteous, and the careful attention to detail made the occasion memorable. The hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. I’d recommend it for events or a luxury stay in Jaipur.

The bathrooms are the one area that felt behind the rest of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, so the contrast stood out, and the breakfast buffet could also be improved. Neither was a deal breaker. The hotel itself is cute, full of lovely details, and feels like a peaceful oasis in the noisy city. We made lots of requests, including around allergies, and the team handled them as best they could with excellent service and professionalism.

The food was a little bland for us. Laal maans and dal makhani didn’t have the spice we expected, though the famous pizza was really good. Everything else about our company offisite was great. Jai Mahal Palace looked fabulous, and we were welcomed with tilak, tulsi mala and drinks. The room was tidy, nicely decorated and well maintained, with very comfortable beds and pillows. You could see the thought put into the details throughout the hotel, and service was warm and attentive, well above what we expected.
