My room at FabHotel Sunshine Residency I, Jaipur, was booked for the night before an important exam. They cancelled at the last minute without telling me beforehand or giving a valid reason, leaving me without a place to stay just hours before my early morning exam. There was no apology and no alternative offered. I had to find somewhere at short notice, at inflated prices, which added stress to an already high stakes day. I relied on them at an important time and found the lack of accountability shameful. I won't book with them again. Avoid this place if you're in Jaipur for an exam, work, or anything else important. I don't recommend booking here.

There was only one shared bathroom for three rooms, 101, 102, and 103, even though the booking amenities listed a bathroom. I asked the receptionist about getting an attached bathroom, but after a long discussion he said this was the only room available and told me to contact whoever I had booked through. We were exhausted after a four hour drive, so we put up with it. The hotel also provided neither mineral nor regular water, though water was listed among the amenities. For two people, the toiletries amounted to one soap and one towel. I ask Makemytrip to check these things with hotels before confirming bookings so guests don't end up in this situation.

Breakfast was shown as included in the app, but we didn't get any. The receptionist said all the staff were on leave because of wedding season.

When I arrived, the receptionist said the property was sold out and couldn't find a booking under my name or booking ID. Please cancel it and refund my money as soon as possible.

My booking included breakfast, but none was served. There was no food or refreshments at all. Pathetic.
