The food was excellent and the staff members were polite. The hotel itself was good, but service was very bad. The bathroom leaked, and the TV didn’t work because of insufficient balance. Even after I complained many times during my two-day stay, management did nothing. Very bad service.

The hotel is easy to reach because it’s near Mansarovar Metro Station. Staff were friendly and cooperative, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They are small, though. It’s an affordable hotel.

A very good hotel for the price, with a neat, clean room and bathroom 👍

The hotel had good amenities, but could be better, especially with more breakfast choices.

There was no attached washroom, and the pool was shallow and dirty. It also costs extra to use, which the OYO page doesn’t mention. The washroom had no soap or shampoo, there was no TV remote, and no water was available at night. The OYO page mentioned a kitchen, but there wasn’t one. Staff were rude and service was poor.
