The room was tiny, dirty, and poorly ventilated, with stained sheets. There were no towels, soap, or shampoo, and they even refused us drinking water. The staff kept asking when we were leaving, which made the place feel hostile. When we arrived, the receptionist denied our reservation and demanded more money, even though everything had already been paid online. On checkout day he demanded another 600, which we refused. He shouted and abused me, then called goons to intimidate us. This was especially unacceptable given I’m a senior citizen, over 60. In the end, we were forced to pay 400 to leave. This was a terrible experience, and the hotel didn’t feel safe or welcoming. Don’t trust the fake reviews that make it sound good. Stay here at your own risk.

We had paid everything online, but the manager still wanted extra cash. I called the Oyo representative, who responded promptly and did their best to persuade the manager to let us check in. We were only allowed in after OYO Rooms agreed to meet the manager’s demands on our behalf. Before that, he’d made my mom and me stand with our luggage for an hour, then denied us entry. There weren’t any chairs or sofas. We got no blankets, towels, or drinking water. On Dec 14, even though we’d booked through the 15th, he called in the morning and kept going on about checkout for no reason. On Dec 15, I was out for work. Checkout was at 12, as I’d asked him on Dec 13, but he kept harassing my mom from 9 AM. When I came back at 10, he asked why we weren’t leaving. I told him we still had two hours, and he said we had to pay extra for that too. He abused both me and my mom, tried to threaten me, and called people to pressure me. This was probably the worst hotel experience of my life, and the first poor hotel experience I’ve had in Jaipur. I wish I could rate it below one star. I’d strongly suggest choosing another nearby hotel. I should’ve taken the reviews more seriously.

I was planning to book four nights for my family, but after reading these reviews about what other families went through, I’ll look at more options. Thankfully, I checked the reviews first.

He demanded extra money, saying that was their price and they wouldn’t accept the online booking because an offer had been applied. He told us to cancel the booking and said they wouldn’t give us a room then. If we paid extra, he said, they could do it.
