I had already paid in full in advance, but still didn't check in. The people coming from inside acted arrogantly, and they asked for double what I'd prepaid. This OYO partner isn't a place I'd recommend under any circumstances. There was no one properly attending reception: a careless person lay on a broken couch, playing on his phone and ignoring visitors, then got up angrily and lazily after I asked several times. Cigarette butts were scattered around, with a big tray of them on display in the waiting area. The counters and most of the furniture were in bad shape. It felt shabby and unsafe for a stay.

After I arrived to check in, the hotel refused entry, saying our rooms weren't available online through agoda, and asked for extra money. I was frustrated, and my husband was on his way to file a complaint. I contacted customer support and cancelled the booking free of charge. This was my first truly terrible hotel experience. I'd rate it zero if I could, since giving even a one felt like too much.

The staff were rude and unresponsive, and the room was filthy, with dirty chairs and no room service. The AC didn't work, and on arrival they demanded more than the amount originally shown. When we complained, they told us to stay at that price or leave, with no refund. They seemed to prioritize couples over other guests. This was my first experience of treatment this poor. Absolutely horrible.

No water came through the taps, and the rooms and washrooms were unclean. The bedsheet and pillow covers hadn't been washed. Worst hotel I've ever visited, and the worst experience.

I had prepaid through MakeMyTrip, but when I reached to check in at 10pm, the rude staff demanded another 300 rupees. I was left wandering around and somehow managed to book another hotel. Don't book this place. It didn't feel safe for anyone travelling with a loved one.
