Pleasant Tree Hotels

We celebrated my parents’ 25th wedding anniversary at Pleasant Tree Resort, and the whole team helped everything go smoothly. The decoration setup was beautiful and made the occasion feel memorable and picture-perfect. Our rooms were clean and spacious, and the hospitality was warm. The food was outstanding too, every dish was delicious and appreciated by all our guests. I’d highly recommend the resort for family celebrations and events.

Do check your food bill against what you ordered. We were a group of at least 15, and room service added extra items twice. For instance, we ordered two noodles but were billed for four. Blinkit and Zomato deliver easily, at least. The hotel rooms are good and have a decent view. The villa rooms seem a bit old and less maintained, perhaps because they’re booked less often. Room service and restaurant service were both very slow. Overall, an average experience.

For three days, the smiling, helpful staff made our stay cozy and comfortable. The views were scenic, the food aromatic, and the service courteous. It’s a memorable place, and I’d definitely recommend it to friends and colleagues.

We had a good one- or two-day leisure trip here. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and the Indian food was really good. Deluxe and superior rooms are extra spacious. Great hospitality from the restaurant captain made it an enjoyable resort stay.
