The room wasn’t clean, the AC didn’t work properly, and the bathroom seat was broken. The menu prices were also unreasonably high. On top of that, they asked for extra money at check-in even though I’d booked through Oyo. When I refused, they kept saying they wouldn’t give me the room at the booked price, and wouldn’t return my money either. A really bad experience, not recommended at all.
I booked online for rs 600, then got hit with another rs400 charge when I arrived. The staff spoke to me abrasively, and the unexpected cost turned what should’ve been a straightforward stay into a verbal fight. They cheat clients. Don’t stay there. The owner and hotel are the worst, and they don’t know how to behave.
The rooms are well kept and clean, and the market’s main road is nearby. The owner and staff were friendly and polite, which made staying here feel like being at home. I was happy with my stay and will definitely come back on my next visit. If you’re planning to stay in this area, I’d highly recommend this beautiful property in khatipura, jaipur.
The room itself was good, but the door handle didn’t work properly. Every time we went out, the door locked and staff had to come open it, literally every time. We ordered parantha, and the kitchen said they’d bring it from outside. They did, but the taste and quality weren’t good. We only booked the room after the owner refused our OYO booking and demanded extra money. My schedule was tight, so I paid what he asked and had no choice.
I booked a deluxe room through Oyo, but they wanted me to stay in a servant room upstairs and then refused to check me in because I’d booked through Oyo. If they don’t accept Oyo bookings, why list the hotel there? I’ve never met such rude and toxic people. I’d never recommend this place. Please don’t go.
