Flagship 93038 Hotel Regal Stay

The staff were rude, arguing and shouting at guests. They also wanted extra money for WiFi, saying I had to pay more to use it. Very unprofessional, irresponsible behavior. This hotel isn't worth even one star.

There was barely enough water in the morning for me to bathe or use the washroom properly. The night before, I'd booked and paid for one night through the OYO app because I had an exam the next day. At check-in they demanded another 300. Since it was late, I had no other option, and they said they wouldn't give me a room or return my online payment unless I paid. So I paid extra. Lesson learned: call reception before booking online, or you may face extra charges and a bad experience.

The room they eventually gave me had no private washroom. Three rooms shared a cramped toilet and shower area that barely worked, and there was no wash basin or drinking water. Getting that room took repeated calls and intervention from OYO after the hotel owner kept demanding more money, despite my advance payment through the OYO Rooms app. He said the extra charge was a daily rate for couples using the place by the hour. Even after agreeing to provide a room, he kept insisting on payment and misleading OYO. I arrived late at night and was met with one frustrating obstacle after another. The owner's behavior was disrespectful throughout. This was a complete disaster, from the extra payment demands to the lack of basic facilities. The staff showed a level of incompetence and unprofessionalism I can't accept, and I'd strongly advise against staying here.

The bathroom and room had little privacy. A transparent mesh window opened between our bathroom and the outside room, and we felt very insecure. The geyser wasn't working, so we were told to move rooms early in the morning. Service was pathetic, and when there was no bucket, the guy asked me to bring one from the top floor. The service staff just laughed whenever I asked for anything. I complained to OYO. At midnight, in the middle of nowhere, they denied check-in unless I paid an extra 1000. I had no other option. This was one of the worst experiences of my life.
