We ate at the restaurant several times and enjoyed every meal. Moin from the restaurant was especially helpful, and the reception team were consistently courteous and efficient. The manager kept everything running smoothly. The hotel was also a great base for seeing Jaipur's history and architecture. The Haveli is beautifully decorated and well maintained, with a real heritage feel. It was just the charming, character-filled stay we wanted, and being there felt like stepping back into an old royal residence. A genuine taste of royal Jaipur.

Mouin looked after us well in the restaurant, where the food was tasty and prepared to order. Our room was clean and tidy, and all the staff were courteous. It's close to the sights, which made getting out and about easy. I especially enjoyed the pots of masala tea. We had a very pleasant stay at the Karma Haveli.

We booked for 4 days and 3 nights but checked out after just a few hours and moved to another hotel. The rooms were small and smelly, like servant quarters in ordinary hotels, and seemed worse than a third grade Oyo. The location was awful, on a narrow, choked street in the market. The restaurant felt like an office cafeteria, and the food was bad, with sweet curries and tasteless biryanis.

We spent 3 days here and had a wonderful time, with awesome service from Karma. The one concern was the locality. It's near the market, but close to major attractions like Hawa Mahal, jantar mantar, and other forts. Once inside the Haveli, it no longer feels like you're in the market area. Don't expect the same luxury as Karma's other properties. I think all Karma properties in Rajasthan should be upgraded.
