At Fab Hotel Classic Holiday Shyam Nagar, the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with impressive attention to detail in the decor. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. Their local recommendations were spot-on and made my trip even better.

The water supply became a problem at night, and the bedsheets were dirty. When I asked for clean ones, no staff were available to help. The toilet flush was broken and the rooms were in poor condition overall. The website photos are completely misleading. My stay was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

At Fab Hotel Classic Holiday Shyam Nagar, the meals were a real treat, with appealing flavors and creative cooking. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including freshly baked pastries and omelets made to order. The lunch and dinner menu offered local specialties and international dishes to suit different tastes. Every plate was presented beautifully, making the food a pleasure to look at as well as eat.

The staff behaved commendably and made sincere efforts to help us, even with the poor conditions. The rooms were far from clean and not suitable for families: there were torn bedsheets and visible stains, and the door locks were in bad shape. A disappointing stay.
