The service was awful, especially the food service, and they failed to provide the airport pickup and drop they had promised. We paid for it the night before, but at 4am there was no car. Their carelessness nearly made us miss our flight, and I can’t trust these people with anything. We travel a lot, as you can see on Instagram and YouTube as Explorer Shibaji, but we’ve never faced a place like this. Also, it’s not 200 meters from the airport. It’s 6.5 km from Terminal 2 of B'lore international airport. The room itself was okay.

The whole deal felt shady. We booked two one-bedroom apartments, but the building they assigned was old and run down, and didn’t match the website pictures. Instead of two apartments, they gave us one two-bedroom apartment. The sheets were stained and the towels were old and stained too. We left within 10 minutes for another hotel. When we tried to get a refund, they refused, saying everything was alright.

The location worked perfectly for business, just 10 minutes from the airport, and I’ll definitely return. I had an amazing stay: helpful staff, a clean, comfortable, modern room, and I really enjoyed the amenities and breakfast.

Paid about ₹4,200 for one night, and it wasn’t even worth ₹1,000. The photos are completely misleading. This felt like a poorly maintained 2BHK being rented out by the day, not a hotel. The bedsheets were stained, there were bed bugs, the bathroom was dirty, and the drain was clogged with hair. We had to demand towels at 12:30 AM, and even those were dirty. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, and there was no basic maintenance. Never again. Avoid this place.

The room was clean, the staff service was good, and the stay was very good overall. It’s conveniently close to the airport. Highly recommended.
